BUSINESS MANAGER, FULL-TIME, EXEMPT, SALARIED POSITION APPROX. 36 HOURS PER WEEK | starting salary commensurate with experience

OPERATIONS MANAGER, PART-TIME, NON-EXEMPT, SALARIED POSITION APPROX. 24 HOURS PER WEEK | starting salary $30,000

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY ASSISTANT, PART-TIME, NON-EXEMPT, SALARIED POSITION APPROX. 10 HOURS PER WEEK | starting salary $9,600

DESCRIPTION:

BUSINESS MANAGER // The Business Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the effective operation of the church in alignment with its mission, vision, and values. The Business Manager partners with the Senior Pastor to implement the church’s strategic plan and oversee daily operations. The Business Manager oversees staffing and operations concerning finance, administration, HR, and serves as liaison to the Finance Committee, Board of Trustees, and the Children’s Day Out Advisory Board. The Business Manager supervises the Financial Secretary and the Operations Manager.

OPERATIONS MANAGER // The Operations Manager provides general oversight of the church’s physical assets and grounds. This includes facilities and property management, safety and security, and event and scheduling coordination. The Operations Manager supervises the work of the Facilities Coordinator.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY ASSISTANT // The Children’s Ministry Assistant supports the mission, vision, and values of the church and of New Hope KidsMin. The Children’s Ministry Assistant supports the work of and reports to the Director of Children and Family Ministries and assists in the execution of Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening ministries for elementary children.
