ORDERING THE LIFE OF THE CHURCH
IN THIS LESSON
Human Resources at New Hope is a combined effort of executive staff and the SPRC.
As a member of the SPRC, you would help broker the relationship between the appointed pastors, lay staff, and congregation and evaluate pastors and lay staff. You would help monitor the mission of the church, and weigh in on evaluations for pastoral appointments as well as oversee employment policies and all lay staff hiring and firing.
